Packed with all the amenities of a fully featured travel trailer and wrapped up in an aerodynamic lightweight package, the Ever-Lite comes in a variety in different floorplans, but we’ll be taking you for a tour of the 33QB, a model that measures in with an overall length of 34’1”, a height of 10’, a width of 8’1”, a dry hitch weight of 5,730 lbs. and a cargo carrying capacity of 1,363 lbs.

For its sidewalls, heavy gauge aluminum tubing that is double welded is used. The Ever-Lite also uses aluminum frames as a full cage design with every opening, 3” aluminum tubes around the slide openings and at other major stress points in the wall ensure its durability.

On top, its full walk-on roof is vacuum bonded using high density polystyrene foam sandwiched between ComposiTek composite materials. Built to stand up to the elements and time, its radius aluminum framed design is combined with state-of-the-art vacuum bonding and a ComposiTek shell. Finally, to keep things cool inside, its air condition duct work is molded into the foam.

Other features include fully enclosed, heated underbelly, a 6-gallon gas/electric water heater with DSI, an outside shower, Ever-Lite smooth ride suspension, black tank flush and 13,500 BTU ducted air conditioner.

Step inside the Ever-Lite to see why it’s a great fit for your family. Designed to make you feel at home, this travel trailer comes with solid wood mortised cabinet doors, raised panel wood overhead cabinet doors and screwed and glued cabinetry, which not only gives you plenty of storage space, but also adds a warm and inviting decorative touch. Other simple yet effect decorative additions include enhanced interior accents, ceiling crown moldings, raised panel interior passage doors and a decorative border. Letting plenty of light in are Jalousie crank-out windows (which are also great for letting air in, even when it rains) and an extra large dinette window. Other interior features include dual action interior ceiling lights, wall mounted interior light switches and padded “no crack” vinyl flooring.

One of the things we like the most about this travel trailer is EverGreen’s ComposiTek Construction process. They use lightweight, composite materials instead of wood and wood substrates, which eliminate formaldehyde and out-gassing (this also makes it quite hypoallergenic). It also makes the Ever-Lite more durable as it resists water, rot, mold, mildew and deterioration. And since it weighs less, it’s more fuel efficient, saving you money at the gas pumps.

This process helped make Evergreen the first all-composite, eco-friendly manufacturer to achieve the TRA Green Certified Emerald Rating for the Ever-Lite trailer. As well as its composite construction, the Emerald Status was also based on the company’s green manufacturing processes that recycle all waste and even reuse window and wall cutouts as baggage doors.

Built on a 6” solid I-beam chassis, the Ever-Lite boasts a tough exterior. On the floor, its one-piece, laminated composite floor is light while staying strong. It’s also framed with a two-inch box aluminum that is double welded together and uses denser, two-pound block foam insulation.
